- Accessed only when the employee chooses to upload a file

- Basic app activity related to attendance and leave actions
- Used only to support HR operations and system reliability
2. How We Use Information
- Employee attendance tracking
- Leave request submission and approval
- Attendance verification using location and network validation
- Managing leave history
- Uploading and reviewing leave-related documents
- Sending push notifications related to HR activities
The App does not use data for advertising or marketing purposes.

- Data is accessible only to authorized company personnel
- Data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties
- Data may be shared internally for employment-related purposes

- Reasonable security measures are implemented

- Accounts are created and managed by the Company

The App uses push notifications exclusively for:

Notifications are not used for promotional messages.
7. Children’s Privacy
The App is for employees only and not intended for children under 13. No data is knowingly collected from children.
